Confirmation Policy:


We consider our reservations confirmed when they are made. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to keep the commitments you make with our office.

As a courtesy, we will send an email reminder one week prior to your appointment. You will have the option to scroll to the bottom and click “Confirm” indicating to us that youare aware of, and will be keeping your appointment. An additional email will be sent two days before your appointment. If you have already confirmed, please consider this second notice a friendly reminder. If you have not responded electronically, we will call you two days before your appointment. Once again, please remember that these communications are a courtesy and that it is ultimately your responsibility to keep the commitments you make with our office.


 

Cancellation Policy:


We appreciate the value of your time and request from you equal consideration in keeping your appointments on time. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment please extend 48 hours notice so the time reserved for you may be given to someone else. A $45.00 charge may be applied to your account if you cancel within this time frame and will be applied if you fail your appointment altogether.
